Taken from the first cover from the New Avengers arc currently running in Marvel and JMS's Amazing Spiderman this is a manipulated image of Mike deodato Jnrs art. It is your basic "clean up image, make new background" I added an Omni light where I thought the sun should be so that the yellow colouring on MJ would look like a ray of sunshine.
